"Pretty solid stops, but seating would help"
The stops felt clean and just generally better than I expected. The shelters were a big deal when it started raining, so I really appreciated that. I just wish there were more seats around, because standing there for a while wasn’t great.

"Really pleasant bus trip"
Got the bus with Bus Éireann last week and had a really easy trip. The driver was lovely, calm, friendly, and really helpful when another passenger had a few questions. My sister was with me too and we both noticed how safely he drove the whole way. No complaints from me at all.

"Pretty easy app to use"
I booked my bus through the app and it was straightforward. The times showed up quickly, I could compare the options, pick the one I wanted, pay without any drama, and then the ticket was right there when I was getting on. No digging through emails, no awkward searching at the door, no screenshots needed, nothing like that. It’s just handy for normal stuff like checking times, booking a trip, finding your ticket, or making sure you’re on the right bus.

"Live times were pretty much spot on"
I used Bus éireann a few times this week and, assuming the live info would be a bit hit or miss like these things often are, I was actually surprised how accurate it was. Any delays showed up quickly and matched what I was seeing at the stop, which made planning my trips a lot less stressful.

"pretty Good routes to Most places"
I’ve used Bus Éireann a fair bit it does get you to a lot of towns and villages, even some smaller places you wouldn’t expect. It’s not always the quickest option, but if you don’t drive, it’s really Handy to have.

"Found my bus times without any hassle"
Used buseireann.ie to look up a couple of routes and found it straightforward. Menu was clear, got to the timetable without having to click around too much. Search worked fine on my phone as well, which is handy when you're already out. Booking page was easy enough to follow too. No real issues, did what I needed quickly.

"Good service but the buses get Packed"
I’m usually happy enough with Bus Eireann to be fair. The buses generally show up and most of the drivers are sound. The only real issue is during busy times, it can get absolutely packed and I’ve had to stand for a good while a few times. Would be Great if they put a few more buses on the popular routes. Still, it gets me where I need to go, so I’d give it 4 stars

"Better than I expected after the delay"
My bus ended up getting disrupted, and I was expecting it to turn into a bit of a nightmare. But the updates came through quickly, and the staff were actually really helpful. They got me sorted onto the next one without too much hassle, so it was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Fair play, it could’ve been much worse.

I booked my ticket on Bus éireann and, it was straightforward. The site did slow down for a minute, which was a bit annoying, but the payment went through no problem. My email ticket came through quickly too. I’d use it again, for sure — I just wish the seat information was a little clearer

"Helpful with wheelchair access, but honestly sad I expected worse"
I used Bus Éireann last week with my wheelchair, and to be fair, it went a lot smoother than I thought it would. The driver was patient, helped with the ramp, and didn’t make me feel like I was being a hassle, which I really appreciated. Getting into the wheelchair space was fairly easy too. I’m glad it made the trip less stressful, but it’s a bit disappointing that this kind of basic support still feels like a pleasant surprise rather than something you can just count on
